Two of the rooms can be rented by either a single person or a couple, while the third room is suitable for one occupant. All rooms offer storage space, windows, a desk and an independent key, and bedroom 2 has the added advantage of featuring a private bathroom. Tenants will share use of a full kitchen with a gas stove and an oven.

The apartment is situated on Via Mirandola, in an attractive historic building that has been renovated. This location is close to public transport, green spaces and a varied range of restaurants, shops and bars.

What we liked the most

  • The spacious kitchen includes a dining table where you can sit and eat with your new flatmates and get to know them.
  • The bathroom will be shared between just 2 of the rooms, as bedroom 2 has its own en-suite bathroom.
  • With plenty of transport options nearby, you can get anywhere in Rome with ease, for work or leisure.
  • Lots of good shopping can be found on nearby Via Appia Nuova.
