L'edificio si trova nel Quartiere Trieste, c'è servizio di portineria ed un grande giardino condominiale. Nelle vicinanze c'è la fermata Metro Libia e la Stazione Nomentana. La stanza è una singola' con un piccolo bagno in camera ed un secondo bagno condiviso. Nell'appartamento ci sono tre camere da letto, due delle quali già affittate a due ragazzi. In condivisione c'è la cucina, il salone, il balcone ed un secondo bagno.

Trieste-Parioli is a calm, residential area situated to the north east of Rome's centre. This neighbourhood is home to several bars and cafés, but what it is most famous for is its pizzerias. The apartment is well-connected to the centre of Rome, as Libia metro station is just 6 minutes away.
