L'edificio si trova nel Quartiere Trieste, c'è servizio di portineria ed un grande giardino condominiale. Nelle vicinanze c'è la fermata Metro Libia e la Stazione Nomentana. La stanza è una singola' con un piccolo bagno in camera ed un secondo bagno condiviso. Nell'appartamento ci sono tre camere da letto, due delle quali già affittate a due ragazzi. In condivisione c'è la cucina, il salone, il balcone ed un secondo bagno.
