The 90m2 apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances, including a washing machine. The rooms feature big windows offering plenty of natural light.
Ideally located, this apartment is just a short walk to Roma Tiburtina metro and train station as well as Bologna metro station. Sapienza University is less than a 20-minute walk away and also easily reachable with a bus. The surrounding area features smaller parks and the beautiful Piazza Bologna.
