The interior of this property has plenty of character, as the live-in landlord has decorated it with books, antiques, plants and artwork. Whilst the landlord is away, tenants can use his room as a living area, and the spacious kitchen is complete with modern amenities and storage space.
Monte Verde is a picturesque, residential neighbourhood that is situated to the north of central Rome. The district boasts pleasant scenery and is home to the famous Villa Doria Pamphili — a large, public park that is approximately 20 minutes from the apartment. In order to reach the city centre, tenants can walk 16 minutes to Quattro Venti train station.
