This 152m2, 3-bedroom property has cozy rooms for rent in a very spacious apartment. The living room is one of the best parts of the apartment, a big open space separated into a dining room and entertainment area. The large space is complemented by the natural light that comes in from the attached balcony. The kitchen is also quite spacious and comes with modern appliances. There is 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the quiet area of Nuovo Salario. Despite being on the outskirts, you are very well-connected to the city by bus, train, and metro. You won't have to go very far, though, because you have plenty of supermarkets, bars, and restaurants in the area.

- The living room is a big open space that receives plenty of sunlight and is fully furnished with elegant couches, a glass dining table, and a flat-screen TV.
- Bedroom 1 has its own private balcony.
- The long corridor has a lot of extra built-in storage space.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, double sink, and washing machine.
- The apartment is only 6 minutes to the Nuovo Salario train station.
- You are also near the Urbe Rome Airport.
