This 3-bedroom house has rooms for rent, each with access to a balcony. From the outside, the house may seem small, but the balconies and terrace are big – perfect for a BBQ or laying out under the sun. The shared areas are located in the basement, which allows you to get plenty of peace and quiet in your bedroom. There is a full bathroom to share for tenants only.
The large house is located in the residential neighbourhood of Torre Gaia, which is linked to the city by the metro station, less than 5 minutes away. The local area is very lively, with friendly neighbours and plenty of shops and supermarkets.

Bedroom w has a single bed, heating unit, desk, chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, its own independent key, and balcony access.
What we liked the most
- Both bedrooms have access to a balcony.
- There are 2 large wardrobes available for tenants in the entrance hall.
- The living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, fireplace, dining table, extra refrigerator, and an extra single bed.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, double sink, and a lot of cupboard space.
- There is 1 full bathroom for tenants' use only.
- You have a metro stop less than 5 minutes away.
Things to keep in mind
- The common ares are located in the basement, which you can only reach by the stairs.
- Bedroom 2 shares the balcony with the landlady.
