This fully furnished apartment has 3 rentable rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room. There is 1 bathroom to be shared by all tenants, and the live-in landlord has his own private bathroom.
The apartment is located in the traditional Roman neighbourhood of Ostiense. You will find all amenities within close proximity, including a neighbourhood market right across the road and a larger supermarket just minutes away.
Room description
Bedroom 2 has a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk. There is a large window that lets in plenty of natural light, but you can easily darken the room when it is time to rest using some automatic blinds. The spare mattress you can see in the photos will be removed by the time you move in.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with a range of cooking equipment and also has a dining table.
- There is an enclosed balcony adjoining the kitchen where you will find the laundry area.
- The apartment can be secured with an alarm to keep burglars away.
- There is a train station less than 5 minutes away to take you into the city centre.
Things to keep in mind
- The building has an elevator, but at the time of our visit it was not working.
- The apartment has 3 rentable rooms and the 4th room is occupied by the landlord.
