This property has recently been renovated and is therefore bright and modern. The property has a comfortable living room which is the ideal place to get to know your housemates. The apartment has a kitchen which is fully equipped and has ample storage space.
Parioli is a secure, upmarket, residential area situated to the north of Rome's centre. The area is known for its assortment of restaurants, bars and cafés which are mainly enjoyed by the locals. Villa Ada Savoia, a large park, is just 13 minutes away. To reach other parts of Rome, you can either walk 3 minutes to Libia metro station or 8 minutes to Roma Nomentana train station.
