Rooms are to rent in a 130 m², 4-bedroom apartment in Trieste in Rome. The apartment is well equipped with both an oven and a dishwasher and also has a balcony that overlooks a quiet courtyard, the perfect place to relax with a beer on a warm afternoon. This would make a comfortable and convenient home for anyone moving to the area.
Trieste is situated to the north-east of Rome city-centre and is a quiet and mainly residential area that nevertheless has a lot going on. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and a pleasant community atmosphere to the neighbourhood, and the property is also right on the edge of Parco delle Valli which is ideal for running or cycling on sunny days.

- The balcony provides a great extra outdoor space so you can have a breath of fresh air without leaving the comfort of your home.
- All the bedrooms face onto the courtyard so are very quiet, perfect for working or relaxing with a book.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- Animals are allowed in the property so you can bring your pet hamster with you if you wish.
- This location is perfect for those seeking some peace and quiet but easy access to the city-centre when they choose.

- There is no parking available with the property but given its proximity to the metro station and bus stops, you may find that you do not need a car.
