Modern, furnished and cozy apartment full-equipped with every comfort in a recently built Residence, quiet and peaceful, "far" from the chaos of the city, but very well connected by means of transport and main commercial activities. A few minutes walk away, 300 meters away, is the “Casabianca” railway station with trains that brings you in just 15 minutes to Rome Termini (35 min to LUISS, 40 min to SAPIENZA and Tor Vergata CAMPUS), and Rome Tiburtina and towards the Castelli Romani area. The "Anagnina" metro A can be reached by bus with a stop 200 meters from the apartment.
The apartment, with a large and private terrace, is fully furnished and finished with lounge area (inside the apartment and in the lovely terrace), fine finishes and porcelain stoneware flooring; kitchen with living area complete with all appliances: induction hob, microwave, electric oven, sofa, table and smart TV, bedroom with double container bed and a sofa bed, large wardrobe and office-station, complete bathroom with washing machine.
