This bright 3-bedroom apartment has a room available to rent for students only in the residential neighborhood of Parioli. You share the kitchen and dining area with the live-in landlady, but have access to your own private bathroom. The kitchen is quite spacious and colorful and you have the dining area right next to it equipped with a TV. The property has big windows which keep it constantly filled with natural light.
Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Parioli, the apartment is surrounded by tree-lined streets filled with delicious restaurants. You are less than 5 minutes from multiple bus stops, which provide great connections to the city. You also have a huge park less than 10 minutes away on foot.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has big windows which keep it sun-filled.
- The bedroom has private use of the bathroom across the corridor.
- The bedroom has 2 desks and even comes with a TV and a DVD player.
- The kitchen has plenty of cabinets for you to store your food.
- There is a bike available for you to use.
- You are well-connected to the rest of the city by bus.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady has a pet cat.
- Sanitrit system for waste water: it makes noise and you have to pay attention !
