La casa è funzionale e molto luminosa in uno stabile signorile. E' in una zona commerciale con tutti i comfort. Ha un supermercato di fronte, molti negozi alla moda e la Rinascente a pochi metri. E' collegato benissimo tramite moltissime linee bus ed è a un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla metropolitana o dalla stazione ferroviaria Roma Termini. A pochi metri c'è l'Università la Sapienza e a pochi minuti di bus la Luiss. La sera il quartiere è molto attivo nella zona di Via Alessandria, con locali, pub, pizzerie e discoteche.
