Rent ONLY TO REFERENCED WORKERS a single room in a building with an internal courtyard and concierge, located on Via Bolzano (Trieste district).
The apartment consists of three single rooms, a kitchen/living room, a bathroom, a large entrance, and a spacious, livable terrace (which is really big and very pleasant in the good season). Each room is equipped with air conditioning. It is fully furnished and well-equipped; you’ll find everything you might need.

Rooms are available to rent in a 90 m² 3-bedroom apartment in Trieste. The bright apartment has a stylish living room / kitchen which opens onto a gorgeous balcony. There is also a spacious entrance hall and a shared bathroom. The landlady occasionally lives in the unrented bedroom.
Trieste is an upscale and friendly neighbourhood which is really well connected to the centre of Rome by metro. Trieste has beautiful parks and excellent restaurants - come and see for yourself!

What we liked the most
- We absolutely love the terrace; a great place to sit out and have a drink with your flatmates.
