Rooms are available to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment on Viale dello Scalo San Lorenzo. The 3rd floor apartment has plenty of space, at 90 m², and feels airy and bright with large windows with views across the rooftops of the city. Each room is equipped with a desk, making it ideal for students at the nearby university. The kitchen has plenty of space for 3 people, and includes a dining table and a sofa, so that you can socialise and get to know your new flatmates.

You will be living in a fantastic area for students, just a 10-minute walk from Sapienza Università di Roma, and with loads of amenities built around the student lifestyle nearby. As well as convenient supermarkets, cinemas, banks, etc., you can find a great deal of popular bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. Transport from the area is great too, with Porta Maggiore just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • From the large kitchen windows you have a view for miles across the rooftops of the city.
  • The kitchen has a gas stove - so much better than electric, just ask a chef.
  • With so many bars and restaurants nearby, you could have a whole night out without getting further than 10-minutes from home.
  • With a tram stop right outside of the building, getting around couldn't be easier.
