There are rooms to rent in this 100 m², 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, in the residential Cassai-Giustiniana area. The property can also be rented as a whole apartment. The apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard, and is fully furnished throughout. Each bedroom is ensuite and also comes with private use of a terrace. There is a large terrace which you can access from both the kitchen and living room, and both bedrooms have their own little balconies. With so many big windows, the apartment is constantly filled with sunshine.
This property can be found on Via Giulio Galli in the northern Cassai-Giustiniana area - the perfect location if you enjoy a tranquil environment. The elegant neighborhood is known for its green landscape, and is renowned for being one of Rome's most prestigious areas. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a small building. You have the huge Veio park just a 15-minute walk away, and many other sites are reachable by car. There are also plenty of shops nearby, and there is also a bank, a post office, a supermarket, a newsagent's and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with a set of twin beds, heating and AC. This room also has a desk, shelving and a standalone wardrobe for storage. Like bedroom 1, bedroom 2 also has an ensuite bathroom and its own private balcony.

- If you have a car, you can drive to places like the Bracciano Lake, the Vallelunga racing tracks, the Olgiata Golf Club, the Olympic Stadium and the 'Music Park' auditorium, and the Vatican City.
- You can also drive to the beach in Fregene (35 minutes away), and Fiumicino Airport (25 minutes away)!
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen counter is small, but equipped with new and modern appliances.
- Bedroom 2 does not have direct access to the terrace, but it is for the tenant's private use.
- This apartment can also be rented as a whole for €950 per month (plus €100 for all bills and utilities). A maximum of 4/5 people can live here.
- Price is shown per person: for couples the payment would be as shown + €100
- This property is 25 minutes away from St. Peter Station
