This property has recently been renovated but has plenty of personality, with wooden floorboards and wooden beams on the ceiling. The apartment has a large living room which is combined with the fully equipped kitchen in an open-plan layout. The bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, and you will share this property with the live-in landlady and her cat.
This property is located on Via Sarzana in the Magliana neighbourhood. The local area is tranquil and leafy, and you can get the train to central Rome from Magliana train station which is about 17 minutes away. There are shops, pizzerias and cafés in the vicinity, and there is a theatre a few minutes' walk up the road.
