Rooms are available to rent in this cosy and attractive 4-bedroom apartment located on Via di Tor Vergata, just a few footsteps from Tor Vergata University. With tasteful dark wooden furnishings, which give the apartment a very snug and intimate feel, the place is very well equipped, and will immediately feel like home when you move in. The open-plan kitchen and living area is large and comfortable, with plenty of room for you to spend time and get to know your flatmates.

You couldn't live much closer to class than here, just moments from the main University campus. While that alone might be enough for you to jump at this apartment, it gets better! The area is residential, but just a short 10-minute walk away you can find not 1, but 2 large shopping malls, with lots of shops selling a variety of products, a major electronics store, bars and restaurants, and a Carrefour Hypermarket. Everything you need for day-to-day life, just minutes from the door.

What we liked the most

  • The large open-plan kitchen and living area is a great social space – perfect for students getting to know their new friends.
  • Although you can't see it in the photos (unfortunately it was nighttime when Spotahome visited), the apartment has both a spacious terrace with table and chairs, and a balcony around 2 sides of the building.
  • With 2 full bathrooms between the 4 bedrooms you should never have to queue for the shower in the morning.
  • The location is absolutely ideal – moments from the University, and a short walk from 2 large shopping centres, everything you could need practically on your doorstep!
