This 90 m², 2-bedroom apartment in Ostiense has a large room available to rent to students only. In addition to being spacious, the available room has big windows that look out onto the balcony. The main shared area is the fully equipped kitchen and there is 1 bathroom to share with the live-in landlord.

The apartment is the perfect student apartment, being just a 10-minute bus ride to the main Roma Tre University campus and minutes away from the Engineering Department on foot. The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery, but is well-connected by bus and metro.

Bedroom 1 is a bright and spacious room with balcony access. The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, and a standalone wardrobe.
