Ogni stanza ha accesso diretto ad un giardino privato dell'appartamento con barbeque e tavolino all'aperto. il quartiere è residenziale molto sicuro e ci vivono persone benestanti. La stazione degli autobus e della metropolitana è raggiungibile a piedi.
