There is a room for rent in this 2-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlady in Pineta Sacchetti, which is 80m² and offers a sunny terrace, living room, equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. The apartment has great natural light and plenty of storage space throughout.
Home to attractions such as Parco Monte Ciocci and the Università Degli Studi Niccolò Cusano, Pineta Sacchetti has lots to offer. With a metro station close by, Pineta Sacchetti is a well-connected neighbourhood with easy access to the Vatican and surrounding neighbourhoods.
What we liked the most
- There is a large wardrobe on the terrace for extra storage space.
- The landlady lives on the floor above you, so you will only have to share the kitchen and living room.
- The living room is spacious.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
- There is a supermarket nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady has a cat that stays in the apartment. Watch out if you are allergic!
- Parking is available for motorcycles only, but not cars.
