L'appartamento è a soli due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana di Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le varie università della capitale, ubicata nel cuore di Roma, la casa è in un palazzo d'epoca Vittoriana, è caratterizzata da ampi locali, cinque spaziose camere da letto, tutte con letto matrimoniale, scrivania ed armadio, soffitti con volte ed affreschi, tutte per uso singolo. Ci sono quattro bagni in totale di cui due completi di doccia ed uno solo di servizio con lavandino, quindi tre bagni da condividere con quattro ragazze, si aggiunge un bagno privato nella camera J. Ampi spazi comuni, cucina ben attrezzata con area dining separata. Situata in una zona strategia in centro è ben collegata con metro, bus e Termini. La zona è multietnica pulita accogliente e sicura. Il palazzo ha un chiostro interno ed una bellissima entrata con colonne di marmo ed un giardino con fontana, si offre il servizio di portineria, l'appartamento è destinato a sole studentesse fuori sede per un soggiorno minimo di cinque/sei mesi es: settembre/gen febbraio per il primo semestre, mentre febb o marzo/luglio per il secondo semestre o per l'intero anno accademico. le ragazze che vi hanno soggiornato sono rimaste soddisfatte della casa
