- Cleaning: €30/month for weekly cleaning of shared areas and bathrooms. Ordinary care and maintenance of their own room and of these shared spaces, such as cleaning up after every use and providing cleaning products and tools remain under all tenants’ responsibilities.
- This is a private house, not a Hotel or B&B: tenants are required to cooperate with housemates on household responsibilities.
- Early departures need a 1 month advance notice with a fortnightly cadence and incur a 10% penalty.
