Rooms are available to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment which is to be shared with the live-in landlady and her lovely dog. The spacious apartment is a bright and welcoming home, attractively decorated, and with plenty of space for 3. The big living room is comfortable and includes comfortable furniture as well as a gorgeous Hokusai print on the wall. The kitchen is big and really well equipped, with a lovely rustic dining table and sideboard contrasting the modern fittings. The apartment includes 2 full bathrooms and a separate toilet room.
Located on Via Pienza in Prati Fiscali, this is a peaceful area to live compared to the city centre. From the train station you can reach Tiburtina in less than 10-minutes, and in 20 you can be at Termini. The local area is mostly apartment buildings, with plenty of stores and cafes to support the residents. There's a grocery store just a few minutes from the apartment.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious room with a big window allowing in lots of light. It has a double bed, a desk, and an armchair. It also includes a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and shelving. PRIVATE BATHROOM
What we liked the most
- With 2 full bathrooms and another toilet, you won't be queuing, waiting for your flatmates to finish showering.
- The apartment is lovingly decorated and will make a welcoming home.
- We love the rustic furniture in the kitchen.
- The oriental restaurant just a couple of minute's walk from the apartment is considered by some to be one of the best in Rome!
