Rooms are available to rent in a 5-bedroom shared apartment in Magliana, Rome. Throughout the property there is plenty of storage space, so you can keep this property neat, tidy and organised. The living area is large and bright, and it has plenty of seating space which will be great for hosting guests or just socialising with your housemates. Through the living area there is access to a balcony that looks out onto a lovely courtyard, great for the warm Italian months. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a storm, just the way an Italian kitchen should be.
The property is located on Via dei Caldora in Rome's Magliana district. The surrounding area is relatively residential, however it still has all your day to day essentials, with supermarkets, a shopping centre which is directly opposite the property, restaurants and bars, so you will perfectly equipped.
