Only 1 bedroom is currently for rent as the 2nd is kept for the landlady, although she does not live permanently on the property. There are also a large kitchen and bathroom, each of which are fully equipped. The apartment is very bright and spacious, and come fully equipped and furnished, with a fitted kitchen.

The apartment is in a peaceful, residential area of Monteverde, close to Trastevere and the Tiber. A short walk away, near Trastevere station are a scattering of restaurants, cafes, and bars, as well as some useful local stores, such as a grocery store and tobacconist.
