What we liked the most

  • The villa is absolutely precious! Our favorite feature was hands down the green-filled garden.
  • The room for rent has a private bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathroom, and a modern shower. The room itself has a lofted bed, leaving more space for tenants to stretch out.
  • The house uses wooden furniture to create a beautiful rustic look. You'll feel like you're living in a cabin!
  • As the European University of Rome is a bus ride away, students of this school would benefit from having this fully furnished room as their base.
  • Parking is available, so those planning to use a car during their stay in Rome will have a place to safely park their vehicle.

Things to keep in mind
