There are rooms for rent in this bright 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located on Via Libero Leonardi, in Cinecittà with a live-in landlord. With a generous 120 m² footprint, which includes a well-equipped kitchen and a sunny, spacious living room, this apartment is well-appointed.

There are several shops, including a supermarket only a 5-minute walk from this apartment, as well as a cafe and bar. The infamous Cinecittà Studios is also nearby - it is only a half hour walk away.

Room description

Bedroom 1 has a single bed, and has a large window looking out to the street to take advantage of natural light. This room also has a desk, and comes with plenty of storage including a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is only a 20-minute walk from Tor Vergata University.
  • The large, bright lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day out.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
  • You will be sharing the bathroom with the male landlord.
