This stylish 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has a generous 140 m² footprint on Via Lattanzio in Balduina. Recently renovated throughout, there are modern appliances including a new oven and stove, as well as a flatscreen TV in the living room. As an added bonus, there is also a balcony which can be accessed through the living room.
There is a supermarket only a 2-minute walk away, and a few restaurants and bars nearby. Vatican City is also nearby - the Sistine Chapel is only a 20-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great place to meet with your flatmates after a day out.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathrooms have been recently renovated and are very well-equipped and modern.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore is only half an hour away by bus.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- The balcony can also be accessed from bedroom 2.
- Building fees (NOT INCLUDED): € 100 per month per room.
- Heating (during autumn and winter) to be paid extra upon consumption of the previous winter ( To be confirmed amount by landlord)
