L’appartamento dispone di aria condizionata, riscaldamento a pavimento, videocitofono, internet wifi La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici: piano a induzione, lavastoviglie microonde, oltre a lavatrice e Smart TV.
L'appartamento, dotato di ogni comfort, è situato in una zona residenziale di recentissima costruzione, gode di una piacevole vista sul parco antistante, è vicino a una struttura con campi sportivi di ogni tipo e genere, dispone di un ampio terrazzo allestito con divano e tavolo con sedie.
