There are rooms for rent in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a generous 100 m² footprint on Via Annibal Caro in contemporary Monteverde. This apartment has a modern living area with a sunny window, couch and small table and chairs. The bathroom is similarly modern, with a shower over bath, toilet, bidet and sink. The kitchen is bright, and will be equipped soon.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of this apartment, including a supermarket, a bar and post office. The Santa Cecilia in Trastevere is a half-hour walk away, and this will bring you close to the centre of Rome.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great place to relax outside of your room.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The apartment is stylishly decorated, and has beautiful marble-look floors.
- The University of International Studies of Rome, and the University of Notre Dame Du Lac are both easily accessible by bus.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Kitchen appliances will be installed shortly.
