The condo has a lovely garden. The house, located on third floor (with elevator), is luminous and cozy, is completely furnished and is equipped with every comfort, included A/C in every room and obviously a washing machine. The apartment is ready to be used as it is provided with small appliances (air fryer, iron with board, hairdryer), kitchenware, towels, bedsheets, blankets for every season, curtains, drying rack, mats, etc. The room is welcoming, perfect for a student, with a big closet, a desk and a comfy office chair.
