Single room for rent in a newly renovated flat.
The apartment is composed of three rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a big balcony. The building is located in Monteverde, one of the best neighborhoods in Rome, near to Villa Pamphili and the Gianicolo, and faces a beautiful square, near via Portuense but still in a private area; the area is provided by public transportation so it's very easy to reach the historic center and also via dei Colli Portuensi, famous shopping street.
The condo has a lovely garden.
The house, located on third floor (with elevator), is luminous and cozy, is completely furnished and is equipped with every comfort, included A/C in every room and obviously a washing machine.
The apartment is ready to be used as it is provided with small appliances (air fryer, iron with board, hairdryer), kitchenware, towels, bedsheets, blankets for every season, curtains, drying rack, mats, etc.
The room is welcoming, perfect for a student, with a big closet, a desk and a comfy office chair.
We are looking for clean and respectful tenants, preferably students (even Erasmus students).
Two rooms are available at the moment.
