La stanza è arredata a nuovo con letto alla francese, Armadio 4 ante, scrivania e sedia pc, TV smart e di una zona ripostiglio riservata nelle aree comuni
L’appartamento è composto da 5 stanze con due bagni e cucina, con A/C e balcone, separata ed è dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie e wi-fi e vengono fornite pulizie settimanali delle aree comuni con possibilità di concordare anche pulizia della stanza.
E’ posto in un signorile e tranquillissimo palazzo della zona Ardeatino con il parco delle Catacombe di fronte che permette ampie passeggiate e jogging e la via Cristoforo Colombo a pochi minuti che permette di raggiungere facilmente le fermate Metro di Garbatella e Piramide e tutte le università oltre al centro città e la zona EUR.

Room description
In an elegant apartment located on the 3rd floor, we offer a spacious double room of approximately 17 sqm, equipped with air conditioning.
The room is newly furnished with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed if needed, a large 6-door wardrobe, a desk with a PC chair, and a smart TV.
The apartment consists of 5 rooms, two bathrooms, and a separate kitchen with air conditioning and a balcony. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Weekly cleaning of the common areas is provided, with the option to arrange cleaning of the private room as well.
The property is located in a refined and very quiet building in the Ardeatino area, directly facing the Catacombs Park, ideal for long walks and jogging. Cristoforo Colombo Avenue is just a few minutes away, offering easy access to Garbatella and Piramide Metro stations, as well as all major universities, the city center, and the EUR district.
PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is currently under renovation and being furnished. Therefore, floor plans, renderings, and photos of the main furniture are provided. The bathrooms are already completed, and in the kitchen, the current table will be replaced with a brand-new one along with new chairs (see attached photo).
