There are rooms and beds for rent in this tidy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Via Albalonga in San Giovanni. With a generous 95 m² footprint, which includes a kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove and an oven, as well as a small dining area, this apartment has everything you need to move right in.
There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of this apartment, as well as several shops including a grocery store and some clothing shops. The large Caffarella Park is only a half-hour away by bus where you will find the Catacombs of St. Callixtus, and the Villa di Massenzio.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The University of Notre Dame Du Lac, and The University of Washington Rome are both within a 20-minute bus ride.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
