Room description
Single room with private fridge available for rent in a shared apartment with 4 students or young professionals. The apartment has two bathrooms and is located in the Tor Vergata area, close to the University of Rome Tor Vergata and the La Romanina Shopping Center.
The apartment is part of a gated complex of 13 mini-apartments, with a private courtyard and parking.
Tenants have access to a shared common area, available 7 days a week (cleaned daily except on Sundays), which includes two study rooms, two TV lounges (with Sky TV including Movies, Series, and Sports packages), and a game room with ping pong and foosball.
The complex also features vending machines with snacks, drinks, and coffee, a video surveillance system in the courtyard, and a private alarm system in each room connected to a mobile app.
At the entrance of the complex, there is a bus stop with easy connections to the Anagnina Metro Station (Line A) and Giardinetti Metro Station (Line C).
