Tenants have access to a shared common area, available 7 days a week (cleaned daily except on Sundays), which includes two study rooms, two TV lounges (with Sky TV including Movies, Series, and Sports packages), and a game room with ping pong and foosball.
The complex also features a video surveillance system in the courtyard, and a private alarm system in each room connected to a mobile app.
