appartamento è sito quarto piano con ascensore, uno palazzo molto signorile nell’appartamento in caso nella stanza siate in due il costo è sessanta € in piu al mese. ci sono altre due camere da letto, cucina salone e bagno.
La zona è ben collegata con tutte le parti di Roma con diverse linee di autobus a circa un km la fermata della metro basilica di San Paolo linea blu a un km circa la stazione ferroviaria Roma Trastevere con il collegamenti diretti per l’aeroporto e differenti zone di Roma.
E l’importo dell’affitto è incluso le spese di luce e gas fino a massimo di trenta € al mese.
Stanza con frigorifero privato e possibile fumare sul balcone.
