The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
IMPORTANT: rental payments are regulated as follow:
As no deposit is required, the landlord requests the monthly payments to be paid in advance quarterly.
For bookings for the second semester: either July is included or, if a booking is shorter, every month rent will be increased in order to cover the rent of July.
