There are rooms for rent in this modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Via Francesco Gentile, in Cinecittà. This apartment has a spacious 100 m² footprint, which houses a large living area and modern kitchen with plenty of storage. The bathrooms are well-equipped, one has a shower over bath, while the other just has a toilet, sink and storage.
There is a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, and there are several other stores including an H&M within a half hour walk. The large Aqueduct Park is accessible by public transport, and is a great place to explore. The Università degli Studi di Roma "Tor Vergata" is also within a half hour walk.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a single bed, as well as a heating unit, and independent key. This room also has a desk, and plenty of storage for your belongings including a wardrobem chest of drawers and shelving.
What we liked the most
- There is a large balcony which can be accessed from the kitchen, and living room.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- Cinecittà is a great suburb to explore, and is a little quieter than living in the centre of Rome.
Things to keep in mind
- The bathrooms are shared.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
