Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
Landlord policies
IMPORTANT: This Landlord ONLY accepts booking requests that are:
· SEMESTRAL:
- from September 1st to February 28th
- from March 1st to August 31st
· ANNUAL: from September 1st to August 31st. For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:
- 50€ for 11 months rental from September 1st to July 31st
- 90€ for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th
The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
IMPORTANT: rental payments are regulated as follow:
- For rental period longer at least 10 months:
- At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450€ + 25% of the remaining amount
- Within November 5th another installment of 25% is due
- Within February 5th another installment of 25% is due
- Within May 5th the final installment of 25% is due
- For rental period longer shorter than 10 months:
- At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450€ + 50% of the remaining amount
- Within November 5th another installment of 50% is due
