There is a cozy living room furnished with a couch, dining table, and wall-mounted flat-screen television. The living room also opens up onto a spacious terrace, perfect for outdoor meals or to relax with friends.
On Via Poruense, this house is perfect if you want to live near a buzzing city but in a calm residential area. You are surrounded by lovely houses, but also have small shops and restaurants just down the street. There are several small park nearby, as well as a sports center. To satisfy all your shopping needs you also have the Casetta Mattei shopping center a 15-minute walk away.
