The rooms to rent in this 1st floor 4-bedroom apartment on Viale Giulio Cesare are entirely self-contained with their own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Nevertheless, when you open the front door, you enter into a common area furnished with a shelving unit and a glass table with chairs. It’s a great space where you can socialize with other tenants or entertain friends and family. From this space, you enter through another door into a large hall leading to 3 bedrooms.
Although you are located close to public transportation, you won’t need to use it very much when living in Prati. This neighborhood is close to everything. With the Vatican City 6 minutes away and Adrian Park, along the Tiber River, just a 12-minute walk, sightseeing opportunities are plentiful. The nightlife is active here too. Restaurants are around every corner, and it won’t take long for you to discover dance hotspots and cocktail lounges. You can catch comedy shows at the nearby Teatro Prati and there is a music auditorium and cinema close by.

Bedroom 4D has both a double bed and a single bed, and direct access to the shared balcony. It’s furnished with 2 night tables, a chest of drawers, standalone wardrobe, an equipped kitchenette with a fridge, stove plates, sink and cupboards, a 2-seat table, TV, central heating, A/C, a shelving unit and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

What we liked the most
- The rooms have everything you need, but it’s great to have the spacious common area to socialize or entertain.
- Prati is a neighborhood that will satiate just about any interest you have—whether it’s great gelato, cocktails and food, cinema and theater, or art and history!
- There are at least 2 large supermarkets within an 8-minute walk.
- Public transportation is practically right outside your door!
