Rooms are available to rent in this stylish, modern 3-bedroom apartment on Via Mirandola in San Giovanni. This is a basement apartment, but each room has a window which lets in natural light. 2 of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, and the 3rd has sole use of the lovely main bathroom, with a gorgeous shower. The kitchen is very large and well equipped, with lots of storage and modern fittings. In the kitchen there is also a large dining table and a comfortable sofa so you can relax and spend time with your flatmates.
The apartment is situated on a quiet, leafy street, in a beautiful historic building that has been renovated. You will be close to public transport, green spaces and a varied range of restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Roma Tuscolana train station, and metro station Ponte Lungo (MEA) is 9-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- Each room has a bathroom for its own private use!
- The huge kitchen makes not only a great cooking space, but a great social space too.
- With plenty of transport options nearby, you can get anywhere in Rome with ease, for work or leisure.
- Lots of good shopping can be found on nearby Via Appia Nuova.
Things to keep in mind
- The bathroom for bedroom 3, although it may be considered private, contains the washing machine. This means that the occupants of bedrooms 1 and 2 will need access to wash their laundry.
