A spacious room with private bathroom is available to rent to postgrads or professionals only. The apartment is beautiful, bright, cozy and very quiet. It has a large balcony overlooking some lovely gardens, tennis courts, a swimming pool and the walls of an ancient Roman acqueduct! The flat is 120 m2, and it has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, and a cool bar area. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, 1 of which is private for the guests' use only; it is modern, and it has a large bathtub. The property has a garage and a bicicle at your disposal, and it also has a wellness area to keep you fit! The landlords are a 45-year-old German-Italian couple and three beautiful Roman cats, immaculate and very discreet.
Appio Tuscolano is a quiet, residential neighborhood not too far away from Rome's city center. Nearby, you'll find ancient and beautifully preserved roman ruins, many parks, supermarkets, metro stations, and bus stops (Furio Camillo Metro A station is approximately 600 meters away). The area is filled with ancient ruins, including some beautifully preserved acquedotti (aqueducts), right behind the apartment.

What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 has access to the large, beautiful balcony, which overlooks gardens, tennis courts, and a pool, and even the ancient Roman Acquedotto Felice.
- The kitchen is modern and has a lovely violet color.
- You will have your own private bathroom.
- The property isn't far from the city center, and there are plenty of buses and metro stations nearby to take you wherever you need to go!
Things to keep in mind
- The living room is for the landlord's private use. However, the tenant may be allowed to use it upon request.
- 1 of the bathrooms is for the landlord's use only.
- There are 3 cats that live in the apartment. However, they are all well-trained and very clean, and they are not allowed to enter the tenants' rooms.
- Tenants can use the washing machine only 2 times per week.

- You will be sharing the apartment with the live-in landlords, an Italian and German couple in their 40s. They speak German, English, and-- of course-- Italian. They are very friendly and respectful, and they like to live in tranquility and harmony. They also have 3 cats, who are all very clean and well-trained. The cats do not go into the bedrooms of the tenants.
