L'appartamento ha un grande terrazzo. Ci sono 4 nuovi bagni con doccia, un potente impianto di produzione di acqua calda sanitaria. Una cucina completamente attrezzata con 2 grandi frigoriferi con congelatori per la comodità degli abitanti (universitari) dell'appartamento. Le stanze sono tutte luminose, ristrutturate tinteggiate ed arredate con ogni conforts, quali letto con contenitore, materasso ortopedico, scrivania con sedia ergonomica, armadio guardaroba a 2 ante, libreria, scarpiera, wi-fi veloce, lampada da scrivania, abat-jour, riscaldamento. La zona e nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono tanti locali per apericena, pizzerie, supermercati, e tutti i mezzi pubblici metro e bus alle stazioni ferroviarie. La zona ha ampie disponibilità di parcheggio in strada e privato. Un appartamento molto bello concepito e realizzato per giovani. Ci auguriamo di poterti ospitare
