IMPORTANT: This Landlord ONLY accepts booking requests that are:· SEMESTRAL:

- from March 1st to August 31st
· ANNUAL: from September 1st to August 31st. For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:
- 50€ for 11 months rental from September 1st to July 31st
- 90€ for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th
The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.IMPORTANT: rental payments are regulated as follow:
- For rental period longer at least 10 months:
- At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450€ + 25% of the remaining amount
- Within November 5th another installment of 25% is due
- Within February 5th another installment of 25% is due
- Within May 5th the final installment of 25% is due
- For rental period longer shorter than 10 months:
- At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450€ + 50% of the remaining amount
- Within November 5th another installment of 50% is due
