This 3-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent on Via Val d’Ossola are ideally suited to female tenants. The common areas include a full bathroom with a washing machine, a toilet room, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area and balcony. The front door opens into a small space with a comfy sofa. To the right of this door you’ll find the one-wall kitchen, which is fully equipped. It has a gas stove and is furnished with a 3-seat dining table. And just beyond the kitchen counter is a large sliding door that opens onto a lovely balcony overlooking the street.
Monte Sacro is an historical neighborhood, and your new home is located within a beautiful corner of it. In fact, your building is surrounded by the green space of Parco delle Valli and part of the Natural Reserve of the Aniene Valley. Additionally, the Aniene river winds in a semi-circle around your street. Aside from the gorgeous scenery, you’ll find a few restaurants nearby. The Cineteatro drama school is 3-minutes from your home. There is a grocery store within a 2-minute walk. And you’re close to the Roma Nomentana train station, which can get you downtown, or anywhere else in Rome, in no time.
