Located in the district of Cinecittà, this 170 m², 3-bedroom apartment has rooms available to rent and 2 full bathrooms to share. There is a spacious living room that opens up onto a well-sized balcony, which you can also access from one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. The kitchen had a cheerful yellow decor and has a small breakfast table as well as an AC unit.
Cinecittà is a residential district southeast of Rome City Center most known for being home to Cinecittà Studios and Tor Vergata University. On Via Pietro Marchisio, you are only 20 minutes away from the famous movie studio and an easy bus ride to the university. Minutes from your door you can find a health and wellness center, a hair salon, a pizzeria, a bar, and a pharmacy.
What we liked the most
- There are AC units to keep you cool during the hot summers.
- Bedroom 1 has access to the balcony.
- There are 2 full bathroom to share – convenient!
- Tor Vergata University is only a 15-minute bus ride away.
