[ITA] Stanza spaziosa e luminosa di 20mq con letto singolo, comodino, scrivania, armadio a 5 ante, ampia cassettiera. Appartamento composto da cucina condivisa, 2 bagni condivisi, una grande terrazza condivisa ed un giardino di 100mq. Posto auto (previa disponibilità) con accesso tramite cancello motorizzato. Quartiere assolutamente tranquillo, fermata autobus vicinissima da cui è possibile raggiungere facilmente la fermata Valle Aurelia della Metro A.
Tutte le utenze, tranne il Wi-fi, sono a carico dell'inquilino.
[ENG] Spacious and bright room of 20sqm with single bed, desk, 5-door wardrobe, large chest of drawers. Shared kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, a large shared terrace and a 100sqm garden. Parking space (subject to availability) with access via motorised gate. Absolutely quiet neighbourhood, very close bus stop from which you can easily reach the Metro A stop Valle Aurelia.
All utilities, except Wi-Fi, are paid by the tenant.
