L'Appartamento nel complesso è composto da cucina condivisa, 2 bagni condivisi, una grande terrazza condivisa ed un giardino di 100mq. Posto auto (previa disponibilità) con accesso tramite cancello motorizzato. Ammesse studentesse e lavoratrici. Quartiere assolutamente tranquillo, fermata autobus vicinissima da cui è possibile raggiungere facilmente la fermata Valle Aurelia della Metro A.
Tutte le utenze, tranne il Wi-fi, sono escluse dal prezzo e sono carico dell'inquilino.
[ENG] Comfortable and bright single room of 21sqm with double bed, bedside table, 6-door wardrobe with internal drawers, desk. The flat as a whole has a shared kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, a large shared terrace and a 100sqm garden. Parking space (subject to availability) with access via motorised gate. Female students and workers allowed. Absolutely quiet neighbourhood, very close bus stop from which you can easily reach the Metro A stop Valle Aurelia.
All utilities, except Wi-Fi, are excluded from the price and are the responsibility of the tenant.
