This west-facing double room is a little over 10 sqm and offers a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, desk, ergonomic chair, and warm modern décor. A large window fills the space with natural light and gives you beautiful views of the sunset every evening.
The bathroom is shared only with the owner, who uses a separate room as a daytime office and is rarely present (weekdays only, 10:00–16:00).

Fortnightly
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
Please be advised that this property is professionally managed. Rent payments are to be issued directly to the landlord; however, all secondary charges—including utilities and the security deposit—must be paid to the company.
